You need to have your digital files (flat files and photo if folded) on the instructor computer before class so that way we can start critique as soon as class starts. Please dress for critique presentation. You will pass around the version from the job folder and talk about the version on the screen while presenting in class.

LEFT SIDE
1. Four Originals (poster / brochure / newsletter / website)
2. Visual Briefs (brochure / newsletter / website)
3. Design Summary - written for the Final Presentation Piece (follow format / 3" top margin / GillSans / single spaced / no tabs for paragraphs / 11 pt font)

RIGHT SIDE
1. Thumbnails (for items you completed thumbnails on)
2. Roughs - only the versions of your Final Presentation Piece
3. Finals (poster - flat file only / story - 4 pages folded + photo / brochure - 3 panel folded, double sided + photo / newsletter - 4 pages folded + photo / website - 2 pages printed on 8.5x11)
4. Final Presentation Piece

*Website is the only additional design to original piece. Needs to have four pages of the website designed to be the Final Presentation Piece and not just the 2 that were needed in the rough.
