JUST IN CASE YOU MISSED IT - PROJECT 04 - Information on the Grid

THIS IS WHAT WILL BE DUE ON MONDAY, Nov. 21st
Final will be under glass and ready to present / if you are presenting a multi-page document aka newsletter please have a copy under glass and a copy to pass around to class. Extra credit given to those that bring in the client for critique to present to / or get the client to respond to your final design. BONUS POINTS WILL ONLY BE GIVEN TO THE DESIGN THAT IS THE FINAL...CANNOT SHOW OTHER WORK TO A CLIENT IN ROUGH STATE.

2nd newsletter (This must be a four page newsletter. Attempting to give you an experience of working with large amounts of type...a skill every designer must have. Please have this printed off in black and white or color. Use the print spreads option in the print box of InDesign. Print spread 2 and 3 (aka the center) first. Stop the printer flip the paper and then print spread 1 and 4. Make sure that you test this.)

FOR THANKSGIVING BREAK - You will need to be thinking about how and what to shoot for your collection. Please have 4 pages of thumbnails (turned horizontal and divided into spreads). Please use each page for a set of spreads.1&8 page one / 2&3 page two / 4&5 page three (center spread) / 6&7 page four. Draw the grid and use it for placement. Also please find two catalogs that you like and find out what type of grid that they use. This is your research component of this assignment.
